The mission of Glenn Dale Montessori School is the education of the whole person through the Montessori approach, addressing the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of each child ages two to ten.

Our goals are to 

• foster independence,
• develop concentration and a sense of internal order and coordination, and
• to help the child to construct the adult personality she/he is in the process of becoming.

We seek to instill the lifelong habit of learning, questioning, and relating to others,  which leads to the development of the whole person.
